All participants must be in possession of a valid passport with at least 6 months travel time remaining before expiration.

Please note: All participants are required to demonstrate full medical coverage while abroad and send a signed a waiver form prior to beginning any program. Further information will be provided upon acceptance.

*  Susan Jane Walp will be in residence in Civita as Master Class Guest of Honor from July 10th to 31st.

Affiliate Faculty Program participants will be accommodated in the Relais Falisco Hotel. The cost of the two-week program is €2,450 and includes airport transfers on Mondays, full board in a shared double room (excluding lunch and dinner on excursion days), lecture program, teaching by a designated affiliate faculty member, and weekly excursions. Accompanying spouse or companion will be charged €795 per week. Individual studio space at one of our Studio Centers will be charged at €145 per week, subject to availability.

Note:  Transport to and from Fiumicino Airport will be at noon every second Monday, beginning June 12th. If you are arriving or departing on off Mondays, you will be responsible for your own transport to Civita or the airport, either by train or taxi.

Lodging in Apartments:

We offer lodging in apartments in and around Civita’s historical center. In general, the apartments are approachable by stairs and generally not air-conditioned. Fans are supplied by us and are quite sufficient. If air conditioning is an absolute necessity, we recommend that accommodation arrangements be made at the Relais.

Apartments require individual responsibility, strict adherence to recycling norms and are expected to be kept decently clean.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation before April 1st: 75% refund less €400 deposit.
  • Cancellation after April 1st and up until 30 days before start date: 50% refunded less €400 deposit.
  • No refund will be issued for a cancellation made less than 30 days prior to start date.
  • Exceptions will be considered for unforeseen illness and force majeure.

Note: The cancellation policy applies to all fees (course enrollment, lodging arrangements, meal plan and studio rentals).

Space is limited and acceptance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.  Places will be reserved only upon receipt of deposit payment, which must be submitted within 2 weeks of application.
